Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date.

• The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot. 

• Payment methods accepted include Cash, Venmo or Zelle

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.

• The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date based on availability and at the photographer's discretion.

• Life happens — if you’re sick or there’s an emergency, please reach out and we’ll work with you to reschedule.

3. Session Expectations

• Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

• If you're running late, please notify us immediately. After 15 minutes, the session may be canceled or shortened without refund.

• Sessions include a set number of edited photos, depending on the package selecte and discuss with Izzy’s Photography PDX

4. Image Delivery

• Edited photos will be delivered within 2 weeks via an online gallery unless otherwise agreed upon. 

• Unedited or RAW files are not included unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Final selections and edits are made at the photographer’s discretion to best reflect the style and quality of Izzy’s Photography PDX.

5. Copyright & Usage

• Izzy’s Photography PDX retains full copyright to all images.

• Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing their photos (including on social media with proper credit).

• Commercial use or resale of images is not permitted without written consent.

6. Model Release

• Unless stated otherwise in writing before your session, you grant Izzy’s Photography PDX permission to use your images for marketing, social media, website, and portfolio purposes.

• If you'd prefer your photos remain private, just let us know in advance — we respect your privacy.

7. Liability

• Izzy’s Photography PDX is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the session.

• In the rare case of equipment failure, data loss, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the session fee.

8. Weather & Location

• Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no extra charge.

• Clients are responsible for any location or permit fees unless otherwise discussed.

• Travel fees may apply for sessions outside the Portland metro area.

9. Edits & Artistic Style

• All final images will be edited in the signature style of Izzy’s Photography PDX.

• Requests for additional edits or specific retouching may incur an additional fee.

• Please review our portfolio to ensure our style is the right fit for your vision.
